As CEO of PFES Tim is responsible for our growth and strategic direction. He previously was President of PFES and is also acting President of our staff augmentation company, Planet Forward. He has more than 13 years of experience in the engineering and construction consulting industries, primarily supporting large power and energy projects. Tim is closely connected to each project undertaken by PFES. Tim travels to many of the company’s project sites, to face the challenges first hand with our clients and our PFES teams. Tim is dedicated to our expansion into new market segments worldwide and championing the evolution of our EPC services to keep pace with the challenging and diverse engineering and construction fields.
Vice President of Business Development
Bob Fanelli serves as the Vice President of Business Development for PFES, responsible for sales, marketing and strategic planning for the company. In addition he is responsible for new market development. He is one of the founding members of Planet Forward, having previously served as Vice President of Sales for Planet Forward's consulting business. Mr. Fanelli brings over 18 years of experience developing project solutions for the energy industry. He has a B.A. from Northwestern University.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Mark has 30 years of diversified project management and project controls experience. He has directly led U.S. and internationally based projects in the Power Delivery, Power Generation, Nuclear Power, Nuclear Waste Storage, Commercial and Industrial Construction, US Government, Environmental, and Oil industries. Mark is responsible for implementing and managing project solutions, while putting the best interest of our customers first.
Vice President of Project Management
Alfred has over 25 years of experience successfully implementing project management and project controls. He has successfully led both domestic and international projects in the Petrochemical, Refining, Power Delivery, Power Generation, Nuclear Construction/Operations, Natural Gas Transmission and Distribution, Transportation Systems, Offshore Buoy/Pipelines Systems and LNG Storage industries. Alfred has a unique ability to quickly establish prospective, affording client confidence when authorizing financial investment decisions and for recovering troubled investments.
Vice President of Recruiting and Delivery
Frank serves as the Vice President of Recruiting and Delivery, responsible for building project teams and developing recruiting strategy. He brings nearly 20 years of energy industry experience in staffing specific to engineering and information technology and possesses an expert knowledge of a broad range of markets. Frank has been with the organization since 2009, providing strategy and execution to recruiting practices, within several divisions.
Senior Project and Construction Manager
Bob has over 30 years of experience implementing a broad spectrum of construction and project management processes across the Power Industry. Bob has successfully completed assigned projects within Commercial, Industrial, Natural Gas, and Nuclear Construction / Operations Management, including Feasibility and Front-End Design Engineering. His responsibilities include maintaining affiliations with national industry and labor organizations. Bob possesses a personal and professional resolve to achieve world class health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance. Bob holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Project and Construction Manager
Bill has extensive experience implementing a broad spectrum of construction and project management processes within the Oil, Natural Gas, Petrochemical, and Mining industries. His proven ability to develop effective strategies for projects of varying magnitude has resulted in safe and financially successful outcomes domestically and internationally, inclusive of Offshore and Onshore LNG Feasibility and Front-End Design engineering. Bill holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Neil has over 25 years of construction inspection experience specializing in civil, geotechnical, and structural construction of transmission and distribution power lines, sub stations, and wind farms.
Engineering Activities and Field Implementation Manager
Paul has more than 17 years of commercial nuclear engineering and consulting experience. Paul started his career as an engineer and was promoted to Lead Project Engineer, Assistant Engineer Manager, Project Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Director of Services. Paul's background includes large component replacement of $150+ million projects and extensive plant modification projects Paul is responsible for managing PFES engineering activities and field implementation.
