John Brown joined PFES in 2018, bringing with him 14 years of experience in Aerospace staffing and recruiting.

As Senior Director of Business Development, John is responsible for partnering with the executive team to create, manage, and carry out the strategy of PFES' client expansion, delivery, and brand development.

John’s process is highly collaborative, working across departments within PFES' parent company, The Planet Group, to develop cohesive growth and enhancement strategies. John focuses on relationship-based sales to build true, long-term partnerships with customers, as well as implement strategic plans providing optimal sales support and service.

John graduated with a Bachelor of Sales and Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
