Theron Easley is a professional engineer with 17 years of experience in generation, transmission, and distribution estimating, engineering, and design. At PFES, Theron oversees the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and develops strategies for the Engineering, Design, and Support Services Vertical. He is involved in business development, reviewing RFI/RFPs, guiding proposals, and mentoring employees. Additionally, he ensures the financial health of the Owner’s Engineering & Services Vertical.

Theron holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University and a Master of Engineering with a focus in Engineering Management from Ohio University.
